So here is the scoop. We're meeting at the West Coast Santa Cruz Hotel in (where else?) Santa Cruz. We start at 10:00 on Wednesday and finish by 3:30 on Thursday. A bus will pick up in Berkeley on Wednesday morning and again at the hotel in Santa Cruz on Thursday afternoon (details of the bus pick up time and location will be mailed out later today). Meals and accomodations are being provided; we've tentatively worked out a 2-students per room assignment that will also be published soon, and we can tweak that. The first day will likely be mostly 30 minute talks by students. If you are speaking you should already know about it, or hear about it shortly ;-). Bottom line: Show up at the bus stop with yourself, your talk if you are giving one, and whatever you bring for an overnight trip. As I said, more details are forthcoming later today. Alex
